could someone who uses and rates HGH be so kind as to give me some info. i'm keen to know what dosages per week, frequency of injection - do i need 2 days off? and what steroid/s (and steroid dosage) are the best to combine it with.
im looking to do 3 months on. my goal is the GPC Powerlifting World championships in mid october, so i have more or less 3 months until then.
i'm thinking HGH because i need something to help me recover quicker, feel energetic, maintain lean body mass (these 3 things are the most important) whilst losing a bit of fat. a small gain in lean body mass would be good too, although i have to stay within my competitive bodyweight.
i'm 27 years old, have nearly 2 years of aas usage + 10 years natural training. my bodyweight is 160-165lbs. not had my bodyfat measured, but my stats are 40'' chest, 32'' waist, 32" hips. my veins stick out on my arms and legs..but a bit of fat on my stomach. (im a powerlifter innit!)

i would say 2 iu x 5. primo is a good choice, though i dont know what you would take for significant strength increases w/o water retention. tren?
 
1 iu at your age should be a significant increase I like an NPP and winny combo for strength increase myself.
 
You really shouldn't need to take over 2IU's per day.
You don't need to take 2 days off, some say its to keep from suppressing natty, I don't believe it, it is really for cost savings.
For strength I would go something like 5IU's 3 x per week IM immediatley post work out. Wait 30-45 min have carbs (karbolyn) and protine. If you feel you are gaining too much mass than drop to 2IU's per day and just stick to that.
