So I have read a lot about hgh and its benifits. From what I have read it seams to be the fountain of youth but how much of that is hype and how much is real? It's extremely expensive and you have to take it for an extended period of time so it's a pretty big investment not to mention the amount of fakes out there and the whole illegal thing. For those that are taking hgh injections or have taken them in the past... is it worth it in your opinion?

  • Increases Energy and Endurance, Improves Sports Performance and Recovery
  • Increases Immune System Function
  • HGH Reduces Fat Accumulation and Builds Lean Muscle Mass
  • Increases Bone Density and Reduces Osteoporosis
  • Lowers Blood Pressure
  • Improves Libido and Sexual Performance
  • Improves Cardiac Function and Cholesterol Profiles
  • Reverses Aging Changes in the Skin and Promotes Thicker Hair Growth
  • Improves Mood and Sleep Patterns
  • Reduces the Risk of Developing Type II Adult-Onset Diabetes

That is the same as what I read also. If you want 'evidence', check out some studies and references in the studies - just google human growth hormone studies. It seems common among all studies the effects can take a few months to really show. Also there is a huge energetic effect if coupled with testosterone. The best information I got is from personal experience postings from this forum. take the advertising sites information as advertising. I'm just starting HRT this week and will probably post somewhere as to how i respond - others posting was so helpful to me.

I wouldnt say its all hype but the effects certainly are much more noticable if you take it when over 30. Prior to that age I wouldnt waste the money on it unless you have money to burn or in some form of serious competition and need every edge you can get.

agree

Great partner with test in an HRT program.
I notice that my base line body weight increases each year with hgh and test. from 170 to 220 over about 5 years. I have to starve myself now to get under 200.

Could be bones and organs. But I'm a larger body person now than in the past.

Have you noticed any change in the size of your head or a gap in your front teeth?

Sorry if this is a ridiculous question, I have just heard these are some of the possible sides, more so for petides like IGF-1 rather than HGH though.

This is one subject I'm very fascinated in. So many personal success stories with it! And yet...I work with some bodybuilding friendly doctors who say they wouldn't touch the stuff. They say it will catch up with you, although I suppose any of the gear etc runs that risk. I need to do more reading I suppose and keep learning.

I know of a middle aged man with a chronic knee injury that just wouldn't heal...he went to the doctors, specialists, physical therapy....and he just wasn't getting better. One small round of hgh and he was better. no pain, no symptoms, reporting a full recovery. Not only was it not cost effective to delay trying this treatment, it prolongued pain, lack of mobility, and recovery. yes, in the case I know of, it certainly worked. And the guy wasnt a bb abusing a drug, he's a non-exercising middle aged person desperate to heal.

If my insurance didnt help pay for it I wouldnt use it....I totally know it helps me, but isnt making instant drastic changes....it works slow and steady...and at $1600 month (pharmacy cost), its UFB expensive....but I was a little low in IGF-1, this bounced it up, and over time along with other HRT stuff I totally believe in it, but I couldnt tell you it jacked me up or ripped me up super fast....could be the T over time or the GH, but I do trust in syngery...just the price to do it for 6 months will bankrupt most men

Oh its been over a year for me and no bone growth, no weird changes, nothing negative I can tell....I do it M/W/F and just double the doses instead of every day injections..for a while I did it IM and felt it a little more, but sick of pinning IM so back to subQ and lab numbers still come in good so its doing something.....the guess is if you shoot it EOD or a few times a week, will not shut you down as much as everyday injections...whether its true or not I do not know...but in case my milk cow runs out and Im not on it for life, I shoot it 3 days a week in case it does lighten suppression at all
