Hey Guys Critique My Workout Plan

Im 5 11" 23yr 200lbs stocky build looking to cut up and drop to a solid 185lbs.I will be doing 3 different exercises per muscle group, alternate heavy days and light days(e.g. day 1 heavy day 7 light)
day 1:Chest, Shoulders, Tris
day 2: Cardio 45min
day 3: Cardio 45min
Day 4: Legs, Back, Bis
Day 5: abs
Day 6: Cardio 45min
Day 7: Repeat
What do you think?
 
day 4 looks shitty- waaay too much to do.
do back bis and ab on day 5.
diet is vip to lose weight. are you doing 1 heavy day and then 7 light. I wouldnt.
 
I agree with rjl.

When are you doing your cardio. You might find that 20-25 minutes post workout would be as effective as 45 minutes on your off days.

day 1 chest,tris, then 45m cardio
day 2 off
day 3 legs,cardio
day 4 bis,abs,cardio
day 5 off
day 6 back,shoulders,cardio
day 7 off

this is how i would work it, i agree cardio post workout is very effective.jmo
