Hey can I get a diet critique?

Hey guys, thought Id post up my diet for a little critiquing. Im open to all suggestions.

Age 23
Weight 165
Height 5'9
BF 14-15%

Its for a bulk

i would definately add some protein to your first and last meals. dont count the proteins that come from grains, fruits, nuts, and veggies.

wheres the milk? throw it in between meals.

the idea in a planned bulk is to add to what you already have. not just any single macro but all of them. if your doing it natty just add maybe 10% to your maintinence. if you are inhancing in other ways then add more. if you are putting on to much fat take away starting with the night carbs.
 
The only reason pro in meal one is so high is cause of the oatmeal, Ideally I was aiming for 30g of pro in each meal. As my macros are 210g pro 449 carb 84g fat. This came out to 98g fat 401g carb and 234g pro.

I will add maybe a shake or something to the last meal. Thanks Joe
