Out of curiosity what is a typical day's food intake for you? Can you list today's for instance? I am just curious, what a 290 lb weightlifter eats. thx

I just finished a contest a week ago...so I am living the 'happy life' for a few weeks. Food...whatever I want...or none at all if I want.

Today I woke up and had 2 pieces of toast with a slice of cheese and a slice of ham on top of each of them, 3 boiled eggs, 16 oz 2% milk.

I then had 4 slices of pizza, 12 oz milk.

4 slices of pizza, 12 oz milk.

6 oz chicken, baked beans, potato salad, 1/2 baked potato, 12 oz milk

Went out tonight and a friend bought me dinner: 4 enchiladas (sp) tons of chips and salsa, water, margarittas.

I'll eat something else again before I go to bed...then another meal in the middle of the night.

That is just today though...not a great example.

I wish i could eat that much and stay lean, i'd love it!

Horrible pic...but I took this the day before the Boston contest...while weighing 290+.

They say if you can see abs...you are at 10%...right??? Who knows really. I can see veins through my legs as well as cross striations...yet I keep this bit of fat around my belly. I can't pinch much at all though...hardly nothing at all.

Who cares...I am a work in progress. Once I start dieting...the progress stops.
