here's what i ate today

I'm bulking. I dont have any set schedule of things to eat during the day, I'm just trying to eat clean and hit around 3500-4000 calories/ day.
Today I ate 116 grams Fat, 320 grams Carbs, 320.5 grams protein, 3710 calories total.

Does this look ok? I'm 19, 210 lbs.
 
here's what I ate...

1 cup oats 300cal
1 1/2 cups skim milk 120cal
1 container yogurt 120cal
4 whole eggs 400cal
1 Subway roasted chicken (wheat bread, foot long, double meat) 1050cal
2 cans tuna 300cal
4 cups skim milk 320cal
4 tblspoon natural peanut butter 400cal



I can't for the life of me remember where the other 700 calories came from, I know I ate them though, I write the amount of calories down for everything i eat.

so does this look ok?
 
cut the fat down a bit and add more carbs.. my opinion would to eat no more than 50g on a bulking diet... basically, just cut out the pnut butter or use eggs whites... carbs are great for putting on mass... make sure all meals contain either protein and carbs, or protein and fat... more meals of the former, that should keep fat gain minimal.
 
Natural PB is an excellent source of healthy fats. 4 tbsp is a little too much though. Cut it down to 2 and add a protein shake.
 
thanks man, will do. How much fat should someone my size be eating every day? proteinfiend says 50g, that sounds kind of low, I would have to really up my protein/carb intake to make up for the missing calories and both are already pretty high.
