I'm bulking. I dont have any set schedule of things to eat during the day, I'm just trying to eat clean and hit around 3500-4000 calories/ day.
Today I ate 116 grams Fat, 320 grams Carbs, 320.5 grams protein, 3710 calories total.
Does this look ok? I'm 19, 210 lbs.
