Heres my diet.......

My goals r to get as cut as possible..
Before i started this diet i was 6'0 at around 16% bf

Meal 1...1 whole egg and 9 whites scrambled with about 1/2 pound of turkey in middle.

Meal 2...50 gram protien shake with about 6 grams carbs.

Meal 3...Isopure shake 50 gram protien.

Meal 4...1/2 pound roast beef.

Meal 5...1 can of albacore.

Meal 6...50 gram protien shake Isopure.

Meal 7... Some ground turkey.

Ok so i did this diet since around beginning of april, am also on 1cc zombon eod, tetracol ephedrine, and taking 50mg of tren eod..

Results: last time i checked i am now at 198, 6'0 and at 9% bf..
I am also starting to notice some veins in the stomach starting to come out..with a super 8 pack.

What do u guys think, and what would u change for better results???????
 
You're all protein. Better add some fats in there or else you're gonna start burning muscle for fuel.

Yeah i was thinking that i wasnt having enough of something. Cause the days that i decided to cheat the next 2 days i would feel tight as shyt..

But i dont know cause i dont really want to risk it considering the results im gettting..
 
Come on fellas help me out here with my diet.

I want to here ur opinions and what u think i should change about it to seeee better results?

Personally I would add some fats in early in the day. I would probably go for some Flax, fish oil or just olive oil with breakfast…
 
i would definatly try to add some healthy fats in there ...try maybe some flaxseed or olive oil on the meats, or maybe some all natural peanut butter in the shakes (this will add a few carbs though)....all together you shouldnt lose too much muscle with the fina and winstrol combo you could be taking a little more of those but EOD is pretty good as long as the winny is inject too if you're drinkin the zambons you need to up the doseage in my opinion.....good luck and keep us posted with the results
 
maybe cut out isopure and substitute w/ casein or milk isolate, ideally meat protein. Or make the isopure a half serving, add some fish oil, ECA, and then do some morning cardio...
 
eat some low gi carbs instead of all that protein.... it will help preserve muscle as well as your kidneys ;]

the efa's are also a good idea... try some fiber one cereal, pitas, beans, oats or veggies... just get something else besides protein, it wont hinder your progress and the fiber will help you thin out and fill you up some
 
Well the diet im on is basically how i described it up top.

But once in a while i will have like a roast beef wrap or a turkey wrap.

And its funny how when i pig out and think im doing alot of damage to my diet i actually look better the next few days or in some cases even went down a few pounds..
