Well I did a CKD about 7 months ago and I lost alot of muscle, and little fat, nothing notcible. I carbed up only once a week, so this time I decided to follow the carb up exactly how Lyle Mcdonald said. And here it is.
Carb up day 1 (Saterday): 690 grams carbs, 190 grams protein, 30-40 grams of fat. Carbs are all going to be High GI until the last meal before bed.
Carb up day 2 (Sunday): 430 grams of carbs, 190 grams protein, 30-40 grams of fat. Carbs will all be Low GI.
Before bed on Sunday I will do 30 min of cardio to help get into ketosis faster. I am not worried about fat spill over, because he said it woln't be that much if any. He said the carb up either makes you or breaks you, and last time I think it broke me, so this time I'm doing it by the book. I'm also running clen with it this time.
My stats: 190lbs (180 after dropping all the glygogen and water from the carbs), 12-14% BF.
What you all think?
