Why is everyone so obsessed with benching? This dipshit at my gym is always bitching that he needs to bench 3 plates. All I ever hear from him is what do you think I should do different so that I can bench more. I tell him he can start by cutting back on the amount of chest work he does. I give him this advice and he looks at me like I'm from another planet. he tells me he works chest 4 times a week and does about 25 sets minimum. What a jackass
