Here we go...update pics

AND i am happy to say that I squated 185 on my own today for 10 and 225 with a spot for 6 and 275 with a spot for 4!!!!

By the way...you couldn't move that damn vaccuum cleaner out of the way before taking your pics? It kind of ruins it for me...just joking.
 
I can tell your clean diet is working TV#3..... I can see it in your waist and back.

Your tummy looks great...... and so do your legs . Nice calves.

I can really notice a diference from your last pics..... super job girl.

I should say that I used a belt and knee straps too.

Vacuum cleaner- hahaha i took my pics in the spare room! didn't even notice. I will make sure next time to get it out of the way! :)
 
Very nice! Are you in a bulking or cutting phase? Quite impressive on the squats. The most I've been able to squat is 185 for 10's WITH a 300 lb. spotter. My legs suck - I need new ones!

Anyhow, keep up the hard work. The consistency pays off!!!:D
 
i am trying to put on mass. i just upped my dosage to 10mg ed, i started with 2.5 and then 5 but was doing nothing for me. I am just starting to get that pump at the gym,...so now is where I hope to see results from this point on!!!!
however i am also taking t3 to shed some bf but I am not cutting really, i plan to cut later.

Beauty and Strength is a deadly combination...but what a way to go.

275X4...spot or not...that is very impressive.
 
i want THE BEST legs (not to mention glutes) and as luck would have it, they do pretty good for me. I used to be a dancer (ballet, tap, jazz) That's why I never have to train my calves that much.

More than what I can say for my upper body! :( ANd my fat abs...I see them under there, just a few more inches and I will get those bastards!! ;)
 
however, i should say that I have never had the abs that I want. That's one thing that I am after, and it's coming along. Consistency!!!
 
you look great. Just wondering if you have any before pics, based on all the comments of people saying your progress is awsome.
On another note what type of physique are you going for, because using gear for where your at seems a little premature. how old are you?

i have posted my pre-cycle stats and pics on here. I have only just started my cycle.
I want to build mass and strength and then cut down later.

Very nice look, combination of nice muscularity and femine curves ala Pumpgirl and Nat... very good squats by the way.

But on a more serious note... can I borrow your vacuum? Or better yet, wear that cute little workout ouftit and come over and vacuum for me... my vacuum is broke down and I have black lab fur all over the damn place! LOL It's funny, I was online looking at some websites trying to figure out what vacuum to buy, and then low and behold there is one in the background of several of your pics LOL

Damn, I need to get back in the gym, I think you are out-squatting me! I used to work as a personal trainer, but have kind of lost the lifting bug over the past 3 months, and need to get my lard ass back in the gym (isn't pizza and Pepsi good for adding muscle mass? LOL)

You look so great. Keep it up. I wish I had some you girls around here to work out with. It's hard to stay motivated when people around here had rather drive tractors than pump iron!!!

and yeah winny, 10 mg ed, started first week @ 2.5, 2nd week @ 5, 3rd week @10... i have updates on the womens board too, jsut search under my handle in the womns board only :D
