Here is an email I got from the "supposed" scammer

From the supposed SCAMMER yesterday

"I just was released to day and made it to a friends pc.I did not scam I was arrested on a felony possesion charge at my gym. I was set up and I am facing time for it. I am very upset that my info was posted . I have family and people are making threats to go to the addy where the money was sent. I am in deep fucking shit. I need to be removed from the board. My life is ruined and I am not feeling good about myself. The last thing i need is someone killing my family. I dont know what they had in mind but they need to stay away. It is illegal to make threats on or offline.

Please make this right and known. I am not a scammer i have produced to many clients that were happy. I cant control what happens in life. I am very sorry i didnt mean for this to happen. I know every one(just the two guys)wants to kill me but I am probably better off dead than what is up ahead for me. Anyway please spread the word to the people that need to know and please remove the post on the womans board and mens board. I will no longer be online or in business. I am going to re-adress my life and find GOD."

When you got into this game, you know the risks involved. If you fuck with someone's money, you can get hurt. That's how it is.

Did you want to find god when you were spending the money you got for being a source? At the end of the day we all need a good source and you knew the risks. Pay back the money, get a good lawyer and rise above it.

P.S. a bit od advise from someone who has been to jail........never bend down to pick the soap up in the showers!!!!

Funny, though, a month later he was seen buying a membership at a different gym, driving a new car. I kicked his door in at 3AM and took everything of value he had in his apartment...his woman screamin at him the whole time. I think he did find god though....he did a lot of praying until we left.

I on this situation now. 3 months ago i senden money to finnish bro, who was supposed to bought me some gear from his supplier. The source was arrested and he is one fuckin asshole who dont care what happends to his customers. He is going to jail and i'm sure he got what i want, but he wont pay. My source said that he is grazy and i wouldnt piss him off right now. Well the source has promised to pay the moneys that was gone with the supplier. Well i believe gos the source is good guy, but the other guy sucks. I shoul take my Remington shotgun and visit him before he goes to jail. I hope some asshole rapes him in prison!

I posted on the original scammer post, but backed off for reasons. I did a little asking around and addressed it in a few PMs.

I live in Tampa, and one of the the Gold's gyms here did get busted(they actually raided it in full ski mask/SWAT gear 2 different times), and the guy went down hard. He was set up by some people he thought he was helping. I have heard that he's pretty much fucked.

Did he scam - I don't know, but I doubt it. It sounds like he got popped and he'll be losing more than $300-$400. He's gonna go to prison.

I backed off it because we take risks buying gear, I pay higher for domestic sources so that they take a bigger risk( it's worth a few xtra dollars to me for them to import it).

A few people told me he got sloppy, and was too open about it. But all in all I heard he was an OK guy.

And for all the guys posting shit like "don't do the crime if you can't do the time" go fuck yourself.

You rely on these guys for gear, bitch about prices, and lack of good sources, then laugh if they get popped. Thank God for sources, any money they make is well earned!!

I wish the guy the best of luck!!

Sorry but you are wrong. Lets be straight we all need sources and sourves DO NOT DO IT FOR LOVE but the do it to earn money! They know the risks the same as anyone buying. They take more risks and get paid to do so by what they earn.
A good source is protected by his / her customers but if they talk to much and play at being Billy Big Bollox they will get arrested and go to jail. IT is am occupational hazzard.
There will always be someone willing to take the risk as the gains are there. It is therefor MY OPINION that if you can not or do not want to take the risk of being arrested there is only one way to avoid it. DO NOT DO IT.

I can not see where that is fucked up. i may be wrong and respect your opinion but would they shed a tear if you are arrested for possesion? No you knew the risk the same as me. It is a way of life and if it were all legal like Mexico the prices would be the same and they would not earn a living from it. That is why they do it not for love.

I have received no promise of returned funds. I am one of the members to whom money is owed. I check my mail frequently andwill keep the MOD and Stew updated. And Iron, could you go kick in the door of that guy who scammed you once more just to make ME feel better. And by the way, you have mail.

Don't forget about how he was referred. I know, i didn't do my homework, I don't need to be told when I do a stupid thing, BUT, this person shows that he had dishonest intent shown when MOD discoved he had been posting from the same comp. Posing as a customer making a refferal and then posing as the supplier. He didn't get arrested.

The email that I sent you was from a guy who emailed me and said "I am the scammer in question."

The letter that was posted was apparantly NOT from the guy whom scammed you.

Hey MOD, drop me an email bro. I went to Penn State for five years, graduated last summer. I know many of the guys in the gyms up there, and have many connections still up there. I worked for an attorney in State College with some political connections, and may be able to help with some info. The GIANT food store you are taking about I used to use to wire funds for gear, pretty funny. Anyway, I know the area very well and may be able to help.:D

I have gotten one PM and another email from people saying that I have been accused by MOD of being a scammer... WHAT the hell is this about... Where are you people getting that info? Are you looking at the same discoussion board that I am? MOD and I are talking about a SCAMMER that has been tracked down and we are probably about to bust... In the process, another source who is NOT a scammer has been dragged into this due to a mix up in identities.

I am one of the people that this Penn State guy owes money to. As of yet, I still have not got an e mail from him with an apology or any promise to return the funds. Have either Stew or Mod heard from him? i sincerely appreciate all the help they have both given to this issue. As member of this board, you all should be proud of their presence on this site.

Sorry, but the Penn State guy hasn't replied to any of my emails... He has until tommorrow. Then he will be officially labled scammer.
We have his social security number, date of birth, location that he picks up funds from, incriminating emails (thanks to MOD)... even his phone number. I will be calling him tommorrow and will be sure to let everyone know how it goes. MOD or I will also contacting the local police department to see if anyone has been busted lately for possession of steroids. We'll know more about the situation tommorrow.


You know... I sure feel bad for that other source that got caught up in all this... He was seriously thinking he and his family was going to be killed. That was the reason he initially emailed me... I forwared his email to MOD and neither one of us realized that it was a different source than the one who was scamming. I really don't know who the other source is or how he was even brought into the picture... Here was my reply to his somber letter that I posted... I figured he was full of it in light of some "new" information ;)

As for the problems with people wanting to kill you... good luck. I'd get that money back to them as soon as possible. After hearing your bullshit reasoning, I now concede that these people were actually scammed and thereby condone any retribution they may inflict due to their loss of money.

We don't allow our members to be scammed, and through a joint effort in our elite community, you will be tracked down and delt with.
