For all you women, if there are any on this boar who are going through menopause what is the best herb you have usedto combat the heat flashes? black cohosh?
My doctor has me on Ortho-Prefest - no hot flashes at all. Plus I am also taking tribestan which is suppose to reverse the effects of Menapause. So far the only thing that has happened to me is I stopped getting my period - everything else along with it has not happened yet.
