I have been On TRT for about 3 months and started to see some good results. I am taking 1mg of test cyp per week, 2iu of HGH (5 on 2 off), and HCG 5iu once every other week. I am 5'7 185, 35 years old, and 14% bf. I recently broke my ankle and dislocated my opposite leg's knee at work. I am looking for a good routine for the house that basically excludes cardio. I have limited weights and workout bands. I know diet is going to be a big part of it but can anyone recommend a website or routine that can keep me somewhat active while immobile? Also, the therapy I listed above, can that be altered or changed to suit my needs? Looking to cut the upper body and drop body fat, as best as possible. Thanks in advance......
