Please Scroll Down to See Forums Below It seems ever time i post on the other boards someone takes it of does not stay on the boards dont no why please help me i posted 2 days ago and all i said was iam on a diet been on it for about mounth and a half and it seems that iam getting leaner but saying at the same weight is that possiabe that this happens i no that i would have to be gaining muscle structure is this a wroung thing to post why did it say on the board
