Help with post workout shake

Can you tell me the measurement for 75 grams for dextrose

and I weight 175, is 75 grams plus skim milk and protein powder roughly 40grams + milk and maybe a bannana or what should I use
 
75 grams of dextrose alone is enough for the carbs...get the 30-40 grams of protein from the protein powder preferably whey protein and you are set.....no need for the skim milk (unless you are low on funds and cant afford to get all the protein from the powder) and no need for the banana....
 
The casein in the milk will slow down digestion, no? Not really something you want for the post-workout shake.
