So I'm starting my first cycle, and I've got some questions. I'm going to start with a very mild dosage to see how my body reacts. So for the first two weeks of my five week cycle. I'm just going to take 10mg dbol one hour before my workout. I workout the same time everyday so I'm going to take it at the same time everyday. And if I want to, I can star taking 20mg after two weeks. As I said, my first cycle and I want to know how my body reacts, and just get an extra push while cutting.
So for my questions. How do I do with the nolvadex? Do I just take it if I get gyno or do I front with it? For how many days? So on and so on.
