Need start at 10mg.. that would be to the 20 mark on insulin syringe..gw and s4 would be great for your cycle. .sarms1 had bogo going on I believe. .This would really enhance your run

30% bf, you have no business using var, try sarms.

yeah.. the var will just be a waste with that high of BodyFat. sarms will do a better job of cutting fat and building lean body mass at the same time. Try the sarms1 triple stack bro.. and save your var for when you get under 15% bf.
