Help with DNP.

Greetings ladies & gentlemen.
Um...i was & still am an obese person.
I gained 60kg/132 pounds in 3 years cause i
was suffering from heavy depresion.
I decided to do something bout my weight
2 months ago after i felt in deep love with a beautiful woman i admit.

I couldnt reach her by being so fat of course.
I was eating alot of junk food cause i was finding consolation by doing so sadly.
To lose fat faster i decided give DNP a go.
----------------------------------------
Everything was going great.
With proper diet,low dosage testosterone prop,winstrol,dnp,clen & cardio and weight training,in 2 months i managed lose 30kg/66 pounds.
(Yes iam using low dosage of steroids with DNP,
testosterone prop & winstrol).
However i need lose atleast 20kg/45 pounds
more asap to be in good condition and feel confortable
enough to tell her what i feel for her.

Program iam following is :
----------------------------------------

Week #1 :

- 2500-2700 calories daily (my current weight is 298 pounds/135kg).

- 30 minutes cardio daily.

- No Clen/DNP.

- No cheat meal (1 cheat meal not day every 2 months).

Result is usualy : -2kg/-4.5pounds per week.

----------------------------------------

Week #2 :

- 2500 - 2700 calories daily.

- 250mg DNP daily (No Clen/t3 (atm).

- 30 minutes cardio daily.

- No cheat meal.

Result is usualy : - 5-6kg/- 11-13 pounds per week.

So um whats my problem ?

Um my problem is...
I repeated week #1 (relaxing) and decided to
do something more extreme cause sadly my
time is limited.

Instead of doing what i did previous week #2(above) i did the following extreme (Imo) :

- Dropped calories to 1800-2100 daily
(my current weight is 298 pounds/135kg).

- 60 minutes cardio every other day divided in 2 sessions.

- 30 minutes cardio the days i had not enough time for 2 sessions.

- Clenbuterol : Used it pyramid for 5 days (not whole week like DNP) untill i couldnt
deal with the extra heat from it,DNP (elevated dosage & summer) combined.

- Dnp : Elevated dosage to 350mg daily.

My problem is i suffered so much & lost nothing.
Sincerely nothing atm.
I had to meed this beautiful woman last Saturday
& to impress her more with my rapid weight loss i used 80mg Lasix on
Friday & Saturday & i didnt lose anything.
My weight remained the same & after the Lasix
usage which i was hopping it will help with (possible?)water
weight removal but no.
A friend of mine said that its too early to see results & water weight needs like 10 days to
exit (wasnt lasix supposed to help however ?)
I stopped DNP last monday morning ( 7 / 22 )
by the way.

Happy ur health conscious..
Sad u want to reduce ur weight just like instant..
That's not Gona happen brother..
Even if we use DNP or any other miracle drug..
No one in this world vil reduce weight that speed..
Spend more time in gym. Do cardio and other workouts. Burn more calories as possible.

Coutinue the routine.

Any products u use takes time to show results.
Be patient..

The DNP and clen are not going to do your health any favors in the long term, and unfortunately, short of massive surgery, this isn't going to happen fast. You had the right idea in the first week. You don't want to cut your calories to low and stay there or your metabolism will react by slowing down as well. You should aim to eat slightly under your maintenance calories and try to increase your cardio intensity and length as you can. If you can tolerate it, intermittent fasting with an 8 hour feeding window can help you make more progress as well. Adding more muscle by weight lifting will also slowly keep increasing your resting caloric burn. Although more muscle will add weight on the scale, you will be losing more fat, which is your true goal. Be patient and keep preserving and you can absolutely do this I have no doubt. You just have to understand, it will take time.
 
dnp, clen, diuretics, t3... all a bunch of shit... im sorry but they are... these things can do FAR FAR FAR more harm than good in so many ways... in most instances, the weight will just come back once you stop taking them... you cant take this shit long term.... the longer you take any of these, the higher the risk... so the first problem is depending on and even using these...
 
DNP : I use it every other week.
1 week on and 1 week off.

Clen : Iam not using at all i afraid it.
I used it once (extreme week to see if i can earn even more weight loss).

Lasix : I used it only once 2 days before meeting that beautiful woman because i thought i
had water weight and i wanted it gone to impress
her with my weight loss more.


T3 : I suppose you are general here.
Iam not using t3 at all i afraid and avoid it.
 
So um i lost no weight at all because i went too far by adding :

1) Clen.

2) Lowered my daily calorie intake.

3) Elevated dosage of DNP.

4) Elevated cardio.

PS* Iam not using Lasix / t3 at all.
Lasix i did it only once before meeting this woman
because i was supposing the no weight loss at all
was water weight who needed more time to get rid off.
 
I just try figure out if no weight loss occured regardless the sacrifices i did to be honest.
Because i feel its a bit too unfair.
To be honest.
But yes if someone please clarify that to me
that would be awesome.
Whats done is done........
My friend believes i need wait a bit more
because my urine is yellow (not mild yellow or transparrent but not dark either) so he assumes
i still got DNP inside me etc etc.

That says you DID lose weight. As for losing weight on DNP - pretty much everyone who does puts it back on. Whereas what you did before worked. You said so.
 
1. you should never want to change yourself over a girl. change for YOURSELF. if she is out of the picture one day then what? you gonna go back to before?

2. DNP is not a long term solution for weight loss sorry. been there and done that and you aren't re-inventing the wheel

3. Lasix is really dumb to use, you are actually hurting your weight loss
