help with anavar

hi everyone,

any help would be appreciated. I am a female and this is my first cycle, I have been taking anavar for just over 3 weeks. 20 mg a day, 10 in the morning and 10 at night but i am not noticing any hardness or more size. I am sweating more, I can lift more but nothing substantial. My biggest concern is that i want to get size and i train 6 days a week and my training is good and so is my nutrition, why is it not working???
 
Have you done all your measurements BEFORE taking var? What I mean is did you measure your chest, bi's etc. Var can be fooling to the eye, I notice a drop in water weight when I use anavar making me " look" smaller.

Would you mind filling us in on a few details, for example, how long have you been training? What is a typical days diet? Do you know how many calories you are eating in the day, protein, fat, carbs?

What sort of training program are you following?

Can you post your diet?. Everything you eat and drink all day.
 
Oh, it can very well take much longer than 3 weeks before you see noticeable progress. You'll feel the strength gains before you see them.

It would be helpful to know your training regimen and diet. 6 days is a ton of training. More than likely you are over training - which will not allow your muscle to recover and build.

BTW - 20mg is a pretty big dose for a first timer. Are your sides ok?
