- Peanut Butter or Almond butter Spread (1tbsp should suffice)
- Assorted unsalted Nuts (almonds, cashews, walnuts, peacans) - only have a couple throughout the day. Cashews are v. high in fat/carbs so keep them low.
- Spinach w/ Tomato Paste (tastes like ass but it works)
- Veggies - I was once degraded to the point were I walked around the office chewing on a tomato... I was craving bad.
- Mini-Flavoured Cans of Tuna
- Cottage Cheese is alrite... but looks and tastes like cardboard. Fuck, it has to be better then Spinach and tomato paste.
