I thought so, I'm using a terumo syringe from TNB Medical. I pull back until the top black ring (closest to the needle) is right at 1ml. I'm I supposed to compensate for the space above the 0 mark and the needle space?
yes, there is 'dead' space in a needle you must account for... i even draw a tiny bit of air to push out any remaining oil, so at least none is being wasted...
Well, today I pulled back 1 ml, took the syringe out of the bottle, then pulled back to 2ml to get an accurate measurement. Sure enough, I had around 1.1 - 1.2 mls.
Glad to know it was my own fault and that I wasn't getting shorted.
