okay so im begining week three of my susp 75mgs ed and dbol 25mgs ed cycle...so far im up around 15 lbs 10 lbs or so in the first week and 5 lbs last week....ive been using AIFM 2 squirts a day through out the cycle...


starting tomorrow im adding in the prop/npp 100/100combo e3d. as well as 300mgs of dece and 250 mgs of cyp each week. slowly easing off the susp while keepings the dbol at 25 mgs ed.

so this cycle is gunna be

300deca/300npp
300 prop/250 cyp - but will bump the cyp up to 500 so my test is higher
25mgs of dbol for a few more weeks....

ive gained 15lbs already...mostly water...my question is
what kind of gains should i be realisticly looking for over the next ten-12 weeks...say 3-5lbs a week?
 
Very hard to say bro...there are so many variables involved to give you any sort of guess. Depends on your genetics, diet, how well you react to AAS ect....Keep geti8ng in those cals and I am sure you'll have very good results. Keep us posted

Indeed, can you give more info on your entire situation and regimen?
 
npp= nandrolone phenyl propionate right? Why bother with npp, that comes only in 50 mg/ml?, when deca comes in 200 or even 300 mg/ml
Just start deca a week before you start your enanthate or cypionate.

Why bother with propionate and suspension, injecting daily?
Use enanthate and cypionate for some 8 to 12 weeks.

When you finished your last cycle?
If you dont wait enough you wont gain, unless you use really high doses (not recommended).
 
The gains depend on your diet and training. If those are right you should do nicely with that cycle. Congrats on the progress so far!!

this is my 5th cycle
mostly just test based cycles before....
ive been told i have real good genetics....
diet is hard because of college, eat every two hours though, weight gainer shakes, oatmeal, chicken and rice, steak and rice are what i eat almost everyday, i just eat a lot of it!


i just wanna know a general range of what i should be looking to gain on a weekly basis.. i know the first 15 lbs ive gained is mostly water, gotta plataue at some point...but at one point when the scale starts going up again slowly, whut should i be looing or weight wise.. 2-3 lbs a week? 3-5lbs a week?

dbol-test cyp-deca with some propand npp....12 weeks.

so far ive gained 15...
