Well I am looking for help with a cycle/diet ect. Let me give a the low down. I am 29 years old, 6'2 about 215 with 16% BF, I really want to get cut. I have been working out for about 7 months. about 4 to 5 times a week. my routine consists of 1 body part a night. I lift pretty heavy one week and then the next week I do drop sets. I do bi's 2 times a week. In 7 months I have put 3 inchs on my bi's 3.5 inches on my chest 2.5 inches on my shoulders and have dropped my bf from 37% down to 16%. I have been having alot of trouble firming up. want to bulk up the chest and get those nice cuts. also having alot of problems losing the roll. My diet is ok. I have a bad stomach so i can't eat alot of things. Like Fish/Salad stuff like that, so i eat alot of chicken. I do do cardio(not enough), I have been reading alot about cycles and would love to do some Winny V, or start off using so EQ. Even thought of taking some T-3 but I have done well natural but i think I have reached a plataeu. So if anyone has any insight suggestion or help i would appreciate. I am sick of the way I look and I have been working hard to change it. Everyone around me is on the juice so It makes it hard to resist. I am looking to really enhance my body but not have to buy a new wardrobe either. Thanks for the help I look forward to reading the responses.
