HELP!!! Need to look Better

Well I am looking for help with a cycle/diet ect. Let me give a the low down. I am 29 years old, 6'2 about 215 with 16% BF, I really want to get cut. I have been working out for about 7 months. about 4 to 5 times a week. my routine consists of 1 body part a night. I lift pretty heavy one week and then the next week I do drop sets. I do bi's 2 times a week. In 7 months I have put 3 inchs on my bi's 3.5 inches on my chest 2.5 inches on my shoulders and have dropped my bf from 37% down to 16%. I have been having alot of trouble firming up. want to bulk up the chest and get those nice cuts. also having alot of problems losing the roll. My diet is ok. I have a bad stomach so i can't eat alot of things. Like Fish/Salad stuff like that, so i eat alot of chicken. I do do cardio(not enough), I have been reading alot about cycles and would love to do some Winny V, or start off using so EQ. Even thought of taking some T-3 but I have done well natural but i think I have reached a plataeu. So if anyone has any insight suggestion or help i would appreciate. I am sick of the way I look and I have been working hard to change it. Everyone around me is on the juice so It makes it hard to resist. I am looking to really enhance my body but not have to buy a new wardrobe either. Thanks for the help I look forward to reading the responses.
 
dude all i have to say is that you made some pretty impressive changes working out natural for 7 months. really dude dont get down on yourself. 3 inches to your arms and chest is awesome, not to mention you cut our body fat in half! keep it up brother and dont get discouraged. i cant really help you because im always trying to get massy not cut up. id say if i were you i would not think about juice for at least another year. AT LEAST. if you were even thinking about juice. keep going the natural route for a while. its doing you a lot of good my man. keep it up. when you stop making any sort of gains switch up your routines.
 
I'm gonna go ahead and disagree on that one...

You're 29 so it's not so much fun to 'wait another year' until you can get a little boost.

Winny would be a good thing to take, perhaps with some EQ.

Run EQ for 10 weeks at 400mg/week, and winny for the last 6 weeks at 50mg day.

Just read up on the post-cycle treatments, and ancillary drugs you should have on hand, albeit with winny and EQ there wouldn't be much to worry about other than maybe a liver protectant.

bro hes been working out for seven months. im not exactly sure on what his goals are.. he said tighten up but do you want muscle mass with that? look its just my opinion, but i think a lot of people run to steroids to quick. they havent reached their muscular potential. i mean seven months... his body is just getting used to using weights and making all those nuero connections and so forth. have you ever seen someone just juice right off that bat? they look weird. they dont have matured muscles. they look blocky and undeveloped.
 
Wow Great response so far. Keep them coming. I am looking to really get some definition in my chest and arms. rip my stomach as well. I have good definition in my arms want to pop my bi's and really want to puff up my chest. have a bit of fat in my chest that i need to trim down. also need to lose the tire around the middle. I can get the top 4 muscles of my abs to show just not the bottom. I need some insight as to a diet and what I should be eating. and any sort of supplements I can take. again I think I want to start a cycle but I am apprehensive to spend the money unless I am going to get some good results. I am also afraid that I will lose the great gains I have had natural. I don't want to do them for a long period of time. Kinda want to get to where I want to be and then so back to natural to maintain. Is this realistic?
 
Yeah it's realistic. I have found that drugs won't really do it by themselves (might sound stupid, but they cost a lot so you expect a lot). For cutting up there's no better way than with lots of cardio and strict diet. Try doing 30 minutes before breakfast 5 days a week. You don't have to go all out for these sessions, just enough that you break a sweat. In the long run these efforts will accumulate.

For diet, there's so many variations, check out the diet board on this site for excellent info, especially with regards to low carb diets (CKD).
 
Thanks I will check out that board for diet stuff. I have to say I hate cardio and I woun't be able to do it in the morning. that is one thing. I work out very late at night. I work alot so that is the only time i can go to the gym. I am in the gym usually after 8pm. Again thanks for the info. keep it comin
