HELP! my gym has been taken over by the red cross

Here's the deal, I live in a river front area and it's flooded like mad. So much so that the red cross hijacked the local gym and made a shelter out of it. I have no equipment of my own besides some stretchy thing (i think it's called a flex band) and some really light weights (my wife's aerobic 3 1/2 pounders). Besides crunches and pushups what else can I do till things go back to normal? I mainly need something that will help me work the upper body and back. Thanks in advance for the help.

wall sits, lunges, and squat jumps for the legs

push ups, pull ups, supermans, depth push ups, one clap push ups, upper body plyos, do push ups with your wife on your back, do push ups with you handa in different positions.

the band can be used for a shitload of things: see active recovery sticky
