Hi Bros, i been readin elitefitness a lot and watching your video channel on youtube and i love you explan on the proper use of steroids. I’m 38 yrs old and I’m just starting to recover form a knee surgery 5 yrs ago and its been so hard to get me back on track.At my prime i was 185 with 8percent body fat , I’m 6ft 1in and now I’m at 172 with like 20percent body fat. My question to you is what is a good stack and how to use them properly to get my drive back and get in shape so i can feel good about myself again.
i know that i would need some testosterone and something to gain mass but I’m looking for the lean body type not the big n bulky crazy muscles.
