help me with a good stack and dosage for my steroid cycle?

Hi Bros, i been readin elitefitness a lot and watching your video channel on youtube and i love you explan on the proper use of steroids. I’m 38 yrs old and I’m just starting to recover form a knee surgery 5 yrs ago and its been so hard to get me back on track.At my prime i was 185 with 8percent body fat , I’m 6ft 1in and now I’m at 172 with like 20percent body fat. My question to you is what is a good stack and how to use them properly to get my drive back and get in shape so i can feel good about myself again.
i know that i would need some testosterone and something to gain mass but I’m looking for the lean body type not the big n bulky crazy muscles.
can you help me with a good stack and dosage for my cycle?

Hey man welcome. I'm going to hit you with some tough love and hard truth. Aas are not to get into shape. They are for those in shape looking to go beyond.
And diet dictates everything. Naturally getting lean or bulking. On gear, diet controls getting lean or bulking.
Sounds like the diet needs checked first man. Why don't you post it up and we can take a look.

saiyan is absolutely right... bud trust me when i say this from personal experience. do not rush things back! and do not hop on gear too soon after an injury. it will backfire.

instead what i would recommend is getting some SARM's or nutrobal. neither will set you back and they will help you reach your goals. sarms1 brand only so you don't get ripped off. they will actually heal your injury while steroids will put more pressure on your injury

you want to gradually come back so you don't set yourself back
 
If you haven't been training and eating properly for a while, you can make fantastic gains naturally just by getting back into the gym and training and eating properly.


This is what I would do:
1. For your first 10-12 weeks back into the gym, I would train completely naturally. Milk your noobie gains. Get back into the routine and back into a regular training and eating schedule.
2. Then I would do an 8 week cycle of SARMS followed by a 4 week mini PCT. If you haven't used steroids for a while, you will make awesome gains from just a SARMS cycle. I would run the triple stack. A very common SARMS cycle is the SARMS triple stack. The triple stack is combination of S4 + ostarine + cardarine. http://www.evolutionary.org/the-SARMS-triple-stack-protocol
Cardarine is a great SARM for fat loss and endurance
Ostarine is a great SARM for recovery
S4 is a great SARM for strength gains
You get the best of everything by stacking the three together.


SARMS are only minimally suppressive of natural testosterone production so all that is needed as a mini PCT after a cycle of SARMS is a good natural testosterone booster like HCGenerate ES from n2bm.com.
3. After the mini PCT, I would then a very simple cycle of steroids like 500mg of testosterone per week + 10mg of aromasin EOD for 10-12 weeks.


That way you will continue to make good progress and grow for the long haul. Remember this sport is a marathon. Not a sprint.
 
If you are at 20% body fat you will be amazed how quick you can get lean again. I bet after 8-12 weeks of consistency with diet and training you will be in great shape. Save the cycle for then. You will get much better results if you use the gear when you are leaner. Keep us updated and active on the forums. It can be a good source of motivation for many guys in your shoes.
 
I would say there is no point of doing a cycle while you carry a full on 20% bodyfat.

First shred down a bit, then consider a cycle in my opinion. That would be the most optimal and healthy way to do it.
