help me plz with bulking

hi i'm 19yrs old 5ft10 and 13st i'm consuming about 4300cal,660carbs,150gpro,125g of fat a day i'm also on deca and testosterone enathanate does my diet sound ok?

Eat approx. 2g of protein per lb of bodyweight.
 
a) what kind of foods are you eating?

b) what type of training are you doing? training experience?

3) 19 and deca?! maybe not the best idea

I'm not a fan of gear to begin with, but we won't argue about that...to each his own. However, I'd never recommend it to anyone who doesn't at least have a few years of experience in the sport. At your age, your natural test is raging. I'd at least wait until you get as much natural growth as possible and you really start to plateau. I appologize if it sounds like an attack. I'm just saying that at your age, you have a lot of natural potential. Please don't take it the wrong way.
Oh, one other thing...at least 1.5 grams of protein per lb of bodyweight when bulking. Good luck.

hi i'm eating oats in the morning with walnuts n skimmed milk and an apple about 6.00am, 160gpasta(when dry) with a pepper and 50g tuna about 9.30am, then 300g brown rice 15ml olive oil 75g chicken and an apple at 12.30pm,5.00pm i'll have an n-large shake train at about 6pm, then shake rite after with a banana then same as 12.30pm at 8pm.
i'm doing training 4 times a week 3sets 8-10reps been traing over a year n been on gear about the same about 2 start taking winstrol as well
