hello board, i am 22 year old female. i just had surgery, which unables me to workout for the next few weeks. I am fairly lean to begin with but I have have only three weeks to lose some body fat on diet alone (no drugs involved.) What is the best diet to go about doing this? Can anyone give me a sample menu please! Thank you! -Jenny

4:00pm 4oz Sirloin 230cal,36p,0car,8f

lets see, that looks like 193.5grams protein, 89.5grams carbs, and 29grams of fat.
 
Meal 1 oatmeal and egg whites
Meal 2 ½ chicken breast and 1 cup broccoli
Meal 3 ½ cup cottage cheese
Meal 4 12oz tuna plain on whole wheat bread
Meal 5 1 chicken breast and lots of broccoli
Meal 6 protein shake (or something high protein/low carbs)
