help me design a cycle please.

Whats up fellas. Im a new guy here, and its been awhile since Ive read and been around gear, so I was hoping that some of you guys could chime in and help me to design a stack/cycle that would best suite my goals. First off my stats...
age - 29
height - 5'7"
weight - 170-175lbs
body fat - no real measurements, but since I can see my abs somewhat, I would geuss about 12%ish

Now for my goals. Ive wrestled throughout highschool/college and Ive been doing jiu jitsu/grappling for the past 10 years. Ive been lifting (although not for bodybuilding) for about 10 years also. Most of my lifts/training is sport specific so that includes alot of explosive lifting and muscle endurance/stamina type workouts. Id like to put on about 5-10lbs of solid muscle, keep water retention minimal but incease my strength as much as I can. Also, Im hoping that some gear can help in recovery so that I can train harder and more often.

Right now I was able to get ahold of test 400 and deca 300. Anything else I should add or delete? Like I said, Ive been doing my research, but most of the goals of others are to get as big as possible. Im trying to get as strong as possible, with keeping the weight gain minimal and dry.

I look forward to hearing your advice. Maybe I can do a test only cycle?
Welcome to Elite Fitness Gracie, since you only have access to Test and Deca then run the following, provided that your diet and training are in check?

Week 1- 12
Test 500 per week
1-8
Deca 300 per week

HCG at 500 per week

and you are going to need a PCT : something like this:

Get some N2guard and Hcgenerate while on, Unleashed and Post Cycle for PCT and Bridge for afterwards.

Needto helped me set up my first cycle and this is what it is:
1-10Test 500/ wk mon thur injects or tue fri
1-16 N2Gaurd throughout cycle for liver support
5- HCGenerate 3 caps am 2 caps pm till bottle is gone
10-14 forma stanzol 5 pumps am 5 pumps pm
12-16 unleashed/post cycle
Letro on hand incase of gyno problems.

The HCGenerate will keep your boys from shriveling up like raisins and make recovery easier

The forma will help with bloat and estro

I'm currently in week 7 and feel and look amazing. My strength is through the roof and bloat and unwanted weight gain is to a minimum. I fight mma and was looking for the exact same results you are. The secret ingredient to your goal is DIET. Stay strict, no alcohol. The way I think while on cycle is if I think it might be harsh on my liver or restrict gains don't touch it. You must be 110% dedicated and get educated before cycling. Drink plenty of water and throw in some cranberry juice. Also bridge and gear when pct is finished is a great way to keep gains and feel like you're still on your cycle. Keep your intensity up when your cycle is over don't get lazy like a few people I know. They lost everything and waisted their money. I hope this helps bro. Good luck with your cycle and grappling.

So I think I am ready to start my cycle. Ive got 20mls of 400mg test, aromasin and my buddy gave me his n2guard stash. Although Ive done quite a bit of reading, I wouldn't mind someone chiming in and giving me some examples of how to run this cycle and dosage amounts.

Again, Im 29, weight 170lbs and body fat is about 12%. If much as possible, Im not trying to bulk up, but instead, try to gain strength and put on lean mass and for recovery. I know my calories should be up, but because I compete in alot of grappling tournaments, body weight is of the essence. Hence, my calorie intake will not be as high as a normal person who is trying to bulk. Instead, I plan on keeping calories at a neutral level (not a deficit, and not high enough to gain lots of weight). I hope this makes sense. Looking forward to some repsonses.
 
If you don't want to waste any gear i would run the cycle 10 weeks, A 10Ml bottle will last 5 weeks so 2 will do the job without opening any more vials.
You can run it @ 500mg a week,Keep some arimidex on hand for sides (if they arise take.1/4 tab .25 tab)every other day.
2 weeks after last pin start up pct -Post cycle & unleashed RADAR15 will get you 15% off those products!

From what you guys have given me, here is what Im going to do.

week 1-10 250mg test every 3 days.
ill keep the aromasin handy if I need it.
Ill also take the n2guard during the whole cycle and up to 4 weeks after the last pin.

I still have to order my PCT and HCG which I will do monday or tuesday. I have money set on the side already for everything I need. I just wanna be sure to do this right and take all good advice.

My diet and grappling training is in check for sure. I usually train jiu jitsu about 4-5x's a week (competition style practice with lots of sparring, cardio, conditioning and circuit training) and I try to hit the weights 2-3x's a week. As far as my lifts go, they are short and sweet usually hitting all major muscle groups within an hour with minimal resting in between sets. Examples would be squats, power cleans, dead lifts, and lots of cable sport movement. My only concern would be over training. With the all natural route, I would feel myself slowly breaking down after awhile and felt almost as if I was going backwards. WIth the gear, I hope that I will be able to train just as hard, but be able to recover better.

Once I get everything in check, I will create a log so you guys can help me along the way. Looking forward to the next couple of months. Thanks again for everything!
 
how many cals are you eating and how many grams of protein do you take in?

also I would suggest looking into wendler 5/3/1 training. it is a great way to get strong and not overtrain for someone who does a lot already.
 
oh one other thought.. after reading your goals.. have you thought about just doing a good cutting cycle... and by that i just mean adjust your diet so you lose a lot of fat. strength will still go up, recovery can still be good but leaning out and making more room for muscle might suit you best.
