I'm 39, 5'7" and 165lbs. Very interested in getting started in serious fitness. Would like to do a trial of clen and t3, want to lose 30lbs but because I can lose major muscle during this time, am questioning using deca as well, have used it before for a few doses, side effects not noticeable but still have some concerns. Can I do this safely?, what should I watch out for? and is this a good trio? And please guys save the penis jokes. I am serious about this----Greatly appreciate any answers and help from you serious athletes.
 
don't know your diet history to tell you a whole lot,,,but t3 and clen are not something that a newbie needs to be using for fat loss.....a very strict diet and serious cardo regimen is a start for at least six months....and then if you can't get it off then maybe us a small does of it.....that combo is very effective but can be very dangerous if you abusse it.....are you taking any over the counter thermo's from gnc or any thing? that would be my first rec. and then use the other down the road......but diet and cardio is the key.......
 
Have seriously dieted in the past, seem to be stuck. I'm a nurse and just recently been promoted to primarily desk job, metabolism slow anyway, 12 hour shifts, don't want it to slow down too much more, will be ready for embalming. Abuse not a problem, will be extremely careful. Is this a good combo? Gym with cardio 4 days a week?

the best one-two punch i have ever used, but was using during my pre-contest diet....1hr high intensity cardio a day 50 carbs a day for two weeks....it was very intense,,,,could tell a difference daily.....pyramid up and down...like t3 25mcg a day for a week, then 50 mcg for 2 weeks, then 25mcg 1 week, then 12.5 1 week, stay off for 6 weeks and if need go again....do the clen the same waystar with 2 a day 2 days on 2 days off ramp up to 4-5 then back down nice and slow to one.....
