my problem is i drop to much weight my arms are shriken..what diet should i run to keep the weight on but lose fat?
can u guys give me a breakdown of how many carbs fat and protein i should be eating.im doing about 250 protein 200 carbs and 30 fat..im losing to much weight tho please help
