Help comeing off 14 months in (test blend)

29 year old male , 220 lbs . Around 15% BF . I have been blast n cruising test 400 (test e ,test p, test Undeconate) I have been cruising around 300mg a week and blasting at 600mg a week . I am currently wanting to come off and get my body back to normal. What is the best way to do this whith tanking my sex drive n getting limp d***, i was thinking reducing .1 every shot till its at nothing or should I just get off and let my body start recovering

you want to come off a cruise? thats hard to do VERY hard
and might cause a LOT of complications

and 300mgs of test is sports trt NOT a cruise

but if you want our help we need to know more about you and your cycle and your lifestyle
you need to start a NEW thread with your LOG journal share diet training cycle history and more and we guide you into off time

To really guide you we need more info, we need you to share your diet, training, cardio, sleep, supplements etc log with us in a NEW thread, full log journal so our guidance is based on facts you provide.
We have 100s of years of experience between us, you need to post a LOG Journal with your stats (weight,height,age, years training, cycle history) diet, training, cardio, supplement, sleep details. If you don't log what you eat or train now, open NOTES on phone and start recording it there and paste here. Very easy.

how long have you been on steroids Non-Stop?
the longer you've been on the heart it will be to recover
 
it's worth a shot to come off and conserve your reproductive system
