HELP 7 months after pct Blood work included

Hello, I am 23 years old and have run 2 cycles. the first one was a 11 week Test-e cycle. About 6 months after that I ran a prohormone cycle of super-dmz 2.0 and trenabol from blackstone labs. For pct I ran 4 weeks of clomid and nolva as well as an arimidex to control estrogen. It has now been about 6-7 months since I have finished that PCT and I have not fully recovered. My test levels are very low compared to what the were before the cycle (see attached blood work) and I have very low libido/weak erections. Please provide any info that will help me recover. Thank You
