Hey! I'm new to the forums (well I've been a member for almost a year just never posted.) I've learned so much over the last year and have shared the knowledge with so many. You all have really done wonders for my motivation, training and diet. I've been logging my diet daily on fit day which has been positive for me seeing as how I was only eating 1200 cals. (without knowing.) I was focused on high protein low carb. At the time I thought I was looking really good and cut, but I was doing more harm than good. I had dangerously low potassium levels and still am struggling with Amenohrrea(3.5 years)which is why I now have osteopenia. I suppose I could share my stats.

24 years old
5'4"
95-100lbs. (fluctuating for some reason)
15% bf (my trainer refuses to test it for a while, so 15% is from Oct. I'm sure it's up at around 16-17% now.)

I'm currently working with a trainer focusing on hypertrophy and an increase in calories, so on average I'm at 1400-1600. 40/40/20 thx~ drea :)

Reason for weight fluctuating is life :)

:wavey: Welcome to EF :rose:

The osteopenia came about from Dietary Deficiencies?

I'm glad you posted. I hope we can help you with your progress.
