Hello from a newbie

Hi everyone, just joined today and wanted to introduce myself. My name is Mario and I have been bodybuilding for almost 14 months now. Never taken steroids before but I am very tempted, I see guys at the gym put in half the time I do and they are ripped!!! I cannot seem to get cut, I have a great diet and my body is starting to form but not as much as I want? My question is:

Is steroids the only answer? Is there anything else I can do? Sorry fo the newbie question and I hope someone can give me some insight.

stay natural for at least a few more years, you can build a lot of muscle naturally, you dont need to turn to steroids to progress. If you want to get bigger EAT,EAT and EAT till u feel sick, and if you wanna cut down its all about diet and cardio. Steroids are for building muscle, then wont get you "ripped".
 
Post up your diet, your workout routine. your age, height, bf%

Well review that and see what we can do to help.

If you want to get cut, you need to trim the bf%. My guess is your bf% is too high, and your not doing enough cardio, or your diet is poor which is why your not cuttin up

This diet of yours that you say is great. Can ou tell me what ou eat yesterday. Tell me what you eat all day, and also your weight.

You have been bbing for 14 months. how long before that have you been training and dieting right? Too much relies on that aspect to deturmine what you really need for us to further your training.
AS is not a short term solution.. research please :)
 
Wow thanks for all the advice you guys, my diet is not that bad, but you guys be the judge:

Morning: 9am
Protein Shake
3 egg whites
1 bowl oatmeal

12 Noon
Brown rice, baked potato, veggies and 2 chicken breasts

4pm
2 chicken breasts, some green beans and more brown rice

8pm
tuna fish, another protein shake and 1 more chicken breast

This is what my diet mostly consists of but I also eat meat instead of chicken some days but mostly chicken!!!!!!!!!!!!! I am 5'10 and weight 78 kilos......
