hello, Mr.X had recommened that I take an MCT Oil as well as an extra virgin olive oil daily. not sure of the dosages or what MCT oil is, but i think 2-1 tablespoons DAILY WITHOUT FAIL?

and why exactly do i need this oil? the calories seem really high!! i think i need more calories. i have no idea how to calculate these 'ratios' everyone talks about.
im only 153 lbs at 6'3 (up 20 lbs since august31) so obviously i need to gain a shitload more weight, how do i find out these ratios for bulking (semi-clean)
