Today is an off day.
I'm nearing the end of n2slin, although I have never ran it before and when I did it was with helladrol but I started week 1 and I'm ending the bottle on week 4. Hella does not "start" until around week 4 at least in my case.. I have gained 10 pounds so far since the start of n2slin and I am hoping hella will improve that number coming upfor me it worked great, the first week was a little ruff as I was getting the hang of it, my experience is treat it like insulin, after all its in the name. Have your meals lined up after you take it and keep eating for 2 hours after. Don't take it in the morning and don't take it before the gym, trust me lol I was also recommended to have glucose pills on hand. I want to thank hurricane, and most importantly stevesmi both cool dudes and help out a lot. I have tried a lot of ntbm products and I will say they do not upset me everything is top notch. I think since everyone recommends them they think they "push" their products but at the end of the day we all know we do that because there products are awesome. Hopefully everyone will stay with me on this thread till the end

Shirt soaked, drank almost a gallon of water during workout. Weight was 191 this morning I'm not going by the scale just to re assure everyone just throwing the weight out there to show people it fluctuates but is steady going up the real judge is the mirror, to bad pictures don't do to much justice lol

I plan on doing some cardio tonight, I hate cardio in the am on leg or back day. Right now Fl is pouring rain and lightening, we keep loosing power but it kicks back on we will see how it goes. Coming up on ending week 5! Still pretty happy so far
Thanks man I love training legs and I was the kid back in the day that never trained them and now I regret it I much rather have big ass legs than big arms like most people lol I went back to the gym tonight and did my pull routine so it was a 2 a day

Nice man my legs are already tree trunks. I'm trying to bring my arms up more now. Always hit legs good every week though. You'd be short changing yourself if you didn't. Too many only upper body guys in the gym. Lets go bench and curl every day lol.

Mho poppers need work. I can't stand the taste and the fact I have to do it twice a day makes me want to vomit just thinking about it. At first it wasn't bad but I have to let it dissolve in my mouth for close to 10 minutes and its a fake fruit punch/orange taste that reminds me of chalk
Still in pct now I'm around 190lbs I'm getting leaner, I like pct set up but I have noticed my farts are absolutely horrible lol maybe tmi but its the truth and it started when I started pct so I'm thinking it has to do with that lol I cleared a section of the gym the other day real talk I was laughing so hard lol I'm in calorie deficit now around -500 with cardio in the morning. My strength has gone down but I think that is due to lack of food so I have about a week left of pct then I can really say what I kept but so far I have kept 10lbs witch I would take for 6 weeks
Yes I am very pleased with helladrol and glad I was able to try it out I have not ran any other ph but it will be difficult for me to switch now lol I'm thinking of adding it as a kickstart to a test cycle
