Helladrol and n2slin log!

Yesterday was chest day had a good workout no sides to report n2guard is doing an awesome job, still at 100mg Ed

Db incline 45x10 65x10 70x10 70x10

Still letting my elbow fully heal didn't bother me to much but if you notice my decline shot down on the third set when I was in my 2nd set I pushed up and my shoulder popped witch resulted in the bar going up evenly and I hit the safety fucking my set up (I always had bad shoulders) no big deal just wanted to go easy after.

When I was benching the 135 and 185 literally felt like 50 pounds it was extremely light I stopped myself on both to not perform to many reps lol so I can defiantly say strength is up!

I'm nearing the end of n2slin, although I have never ran it before and when I did it was with helladrol but I started week 1 and I'm ending the bottle on week 4. Hella does not "start" until around week 4 at least in my case.. I have gained 10 pounds so far since the start of n2slin and I am hoping hella will improve that number coming up :D for me it worked great, the first week was a little ruff as I was getting the hang of it, my experience is treat it like insulin, after all its in the name. Have your meals lined up after you take it and keep eating for 2 hours after. Don't take it in the morning and don't take it before the gym, trust me lol I was also recommended to have glucose pills on hand. I want to thank hurricane, and most importantly stevesmi both cool dudes and help out a lot. I have tried a lot of ntbm products and I will say they do not upset me everything is top notch. I think since everyone recommends them they think they "push" their products but at the end of the day we all know we do that because there products are awesome. Hopefully everyone will stay with me on this thread till the end :D

also to elaberate about taking n2slin with meals. n2slin help stabilize blood sugar levels and support insulin release, it is a good idea to take them with carbohydrate containing meals
 
I have been told and believe it would be good for both, it's shuttles the nutrients into the muscle and you back on weight faster, same idea of insulin just safer. Just follow my warnings and you will be good man, I defiantly leaned out and packed on 10 pounds my 4 weeks on Italy I was hardly above maintenance

so n2slin helps with #1 and helps avoid #2.Really is a great product to research.The more you reseach it, the more you understand how amazing it really is

I went back to the gym and did legs, I have been pouring sweat lately. I never sweat either so I think it might be the helladrol.

Yeah in a sense it's just hard to tell how big someone is in them, I can really only tell how cut they are but I always look on my phone or iPad might be different on a computer lol

N2Slin is great for cutting or bulking. It will improve insulin sensitivity and help to make the best use of the nutrients you take in, shuttling them to muscles and away from fat.

but to add alittle to it... of course its great for a cutting stack!

1)by shuddling all those nutrients,fats,proteins and carbs to your muscles.it will help you do a better job of retaining muscle, while cutting

2)by blasting all these nutrients to your muscle receptors instead of into fat cells..well pretty obviously it will increase fat loss.

I trained back and bis today and was a good workout intensity was there, I am defiantly noticing an increase in sweat. I'm not getting that bad of pumps n2guard is helping out and I add taurine to my pre workout drink.

Felt like I was in the gym for 30 minutes but was there for an hour an half good workout and like I said before I am defiantly sweating a lot more I upped my dosage to 125mg Ed I plan on running 125 for the last two weeks.

Ah that was a typo! Thanks for catching it I was thinking I did 10 total in my mind I did 315x5 for two sets but other than that yes I like high intensity, I love spending time at the gym and hate off days lol as most people

Yeah, I sometimes feel lost if I'm taking a rest day. Even though I might need it we get used to being at the gym, u can feel guilty when taking a break. I guess that's not such a bad way to be, eh? Lol
 
My whole thing is I dont think rest days should be planned. You will know when you need a rest day.. Its just like planning to eat out to me, after a while it becomes to nature and i dont see why you would take a off day if you feel fine you dont need one.. I think they should just be there for when you actually need it

Elbow didn't hurt at all so I plan on going hard on chest and tri next week, I am physically drained tho I plan on taking Sunday off and go back in the gym on Monday, I may try and do cardio in the am tho.
 
Probably going to take today off from the gym, may do some cardio a little later. I'm happy with the cycle so far, still stuck at 190 however I feel leaner so I may be dropping bf% witch is never a bad thing.

I plan on a Deload my first week into pct, all of my joints are sore I'm getting pain in places I shouldn't be. I think it is best to stick to cardio only but after the first week ill be back n the gym. Should I leave my log up during pct?

I'm pretty excited for pct as a lot of people that ran my pct were still making prs and felt amazing so I'm curious on how good it will be.

I'm willing to replace the Mho poppers for clomid in pct as the blood work proves it boost blood significantly my only concern is that its labeled a pro hormone on mr supps but I have seen a few people recommend it during pct, we will see

I'm wanting to lean out as much as possible over the summer and hopefully run a dbol and test e cycle in the winter still thinking of possibilities, so it might change.
 
Did you get your cardio in? What did you do? Running outside in this Florida heat will get u sweating buckets. Lol

I am running a cycle in the winter time so I am not that worried about it, plus there is blood work proving its legit so I am confident in my change

Thanks a lot I been using that work out for so long almost 2 years now pretty bored with it. I actually switched to a push pull legs routine I did push today and I am sore as hell already lol

The pump in my shoulders were un bare able lol I forgot my plan so I am missing a few things still a good workout tho. I decided to do banded bench press to work on my explosiveness and really focus on form and bring the bar down slowly everything had a rest pause also really focusing on time under tension
 
Nice workout brother, taurine helps me tremendously with those pumps. I'm on 100mg of var a day now and the pumps are insane. 5g of taurine does me well.

Nice man my legs are already tree trunks. I'm trying to bring my arms up more now. Always hit legs good every week though. You'd be short changing yourself if you didn't. Too many only upper body guys in the gym. Lets go bench and curl every day lol.

Sorry everyone I'm on my last few days of hella dosed at 125mg I decided to do a Deload I did not go to the gym for two days I plan on not going today either. I might start up tomorrow but just light work for now all my joints are sore as shit lol I'm up 13 pounds sitting around 193lbs
 
well today is my last day on helladrol i loved the run and i will be using it as a kickstart to any cycle in the future I am going to continue my log threw pct and i hope to drop some bf threw it. if anyone has any questions for me i will be glad to help you out. i would recommend this cycle to any one for their first cycle. i have gained 13lbs while i believe dropping a few bf% not a lot but i look and feel leaner you all be the judge on what you think my bf is currently. my biggest gain was my strength it felt awesome and i am hoping it stays threw pct. i would say my lifts went up 20lbs in most and some close to 40lbs before this cycle i couldnt think of benching 315 and that was possible plus getting back in to leg pressing 700lbs. getting back to deadlifting 315 after my groin injury was an amazing feeling and now i am shooting for the 405 mark. As i said earlier i used these past few days as a deload to give my joints a rest. the only thing i would recommend to someone wanting to run this cycle is a joint supplement. i have included a few pictures as of today and i plan on another set of pictures after pct.

Well 2 days into pct I still feel "on" but I will say my first day of pct I felt like shit I think I was anxious/nervous about starting pct I went to the gym today and did a push workout. I went real light on everything to carry on a Deload for another day or two.

In case someone was wondering about the Mho poppers. I am going to keep it real with everyone they taste decent its almost like a fruit punch/orange taste they are chalky to the taste and they do not dissolve to fast if they can fix those two problems they will be amazing. However I am not to worried about it and I'm curious to see how good they are in a few weeks. I am taking two poppers a day one in the morning and one around dinner

I started keto burn and I have heard so many good things about this product so I'm excited to see how good it helps. I am dosing one in the morning and one around dinner.

Weight was 192lbs this morning. I still feel like I am getting mild muscle pumps however if I flex for to long i get a Charlie horse.

I had a groin injury probably around 6 months ago and for some reason it just started bothering me again, and I didn't run or workout legs at all... So idk why it just started back up.
 
Keto burn is makin me sweat! Almost a week in and I feel the effects I have one question tho since it contains a coffee extract does that make it an appetite suppressor? I'm getting a lot of acne right now so the test booster must be working I never break out.

Been doing 15 min cardio in the morning then 15 mins of cardio after every workout low and high intensity I'm back on a calorie deficit. My weight is 191 in the morning and the only other thing I am noticing is I'm peeing non stop must be the keto burn

Ya it does say bite it and that's what I do and leave under my tongue it just takes like chalk and dries my mouth up lol I'm not worried about it I'm just trying to be detailed for other people that may have an issue with this in the future lol
 
So, about how many lbs. did you retain after you finished you PCT? How did your PCT set- up treat ya? Any changes you would have made?

Hella was a great choice for this cycle. When balancing sides vs results, this really is the best ph out there IMO. Glad it worked well for you
