just curious how many of u guys implement this in your daily intake. i love the taste of it and the fact that in one little pint it has tons of cals and no carbs. the only downside is there is 5 gm of fat per serving and 3 gms of that are saturated. well does anyone have an opinion on this food? just curious. i was thinking about using it regularly with my bedtime meal (mostly egg whites) and maybe it would promote some slower digestion along with a healthy amount of cals.

I don't know a whole lot about this, but it seems to me that you'd be better off using some PB rather than cream if you're just wanting to pound down the cals. It's got a higher percentage of "good" fats than your whipping cream.

Actually, heavy cream has been a staple of many top bodybuilding champions. It was a favorite of some pretty good Mr. O's, Frank Zane, Larry Scott. It does exert an anabolic drive.

To add density and mass, this is a great addition. Here is the equivalents I believe....
olive or safflower oil - 1 TBS = 2 TBS cream.

I have done this for a long time. From Beverly....
A favorite of former Mr. Olympia, Frank Zane was 3-oz. protein, 2 oz. whipping cream, 1 whole egg, and 12-oz. ice water. The first Mr. Olympia, Larry Scott, mixed 2-oz. protein in 8-oz heavy cream and ate it as a pudding – up to 4 times daily.
