I just got these about a week ago. When I first received them I could only do the 100's about 10 times. Now I can do 20 with it.
With the 150's I can barely close it one time. Since the 100's are so easy for me now, how do I transition into the 150's?
100's=20 rep closed easy
150's=1 rep closed just barely.
Should I just keep pounding out reps with the 100's or just focus on doing the 150's now?
