Avocados are a good source of Omega 3 fat (the good fat).
2 ripe avocados
2 ripe Roma tomatoes - diced
2 cloves garlic - pressed through garlic press or minced
1/2 cup onion - diced
1 teaspoon lime juice
1-2 tablespoons fresh cilantro - chopped
Jalapeno pepper - chopped (amount to taste)
Peel avocados and discard the nut. Mash until slightly lumpy. Mix in other ingredients.
Eat and enjoy right away. Note - this does not keep very well. If stored over night, it will turn dark and disgusting.
