Healthy Fast Food?

When at work I usually eat out fast food, normally either a chicken sandwich with no sauce from arby's or wendy's, a footlong oven roasted chicken breast on wheat, no cheese, lettuce/tomato/onion/jalapeno/spicy mustard, or Ill get a turkey sandwich no mayo + vegetable soup at Panera.

Are these meals bad enough that I really need to cut them out or fairly healthy and something I shouldn't worry about too badly? These are usually carb heavy meals so I pop a Glucorell before hand.

TIA

If I'm forced to eat out due to circumstances, I'll eat a premium grilled chicken classic sandwich from Mcdonalds. 370 cals, 4.5g/F, 51g/C, and 32g/P.

That doesn't seem too bad considering.

I travel for my job so I'm always looking for healthy options for eating out.

At most fast food places the chicken breast salad with lowfat dressing probably your best bet; Avoid the refined carbs of buns.

One thing that you've really got to watch about fast food places is that they butter the buns before putting on the mayo & other stuff.....Arby's does that with all their supposedly healthy sandwiches....

do you have an article or study supporting the gastric juices argument? I would like to know which resteraunt and what foods at that resteraunt caused those ill effects.
