Only 1 gram of carbs per slice. But only 5 grams of Protein per slice. Sodium is at 170mg per slice. But I let it run under water so that some of the salt and sugar can come off. Will this help?

biggest problem with ham
esp cheap ham is sodium
to get the salt out you'd have to boil it for some time
