HCG IM/SubQ

getgo

New member
I've done my first shot of HCG for my current cycle. Injected it intramuscularly.

1. Should it be injected Intramusculalry or Subcutaneously?

I2. f subcutaneously, where should I inject?

3. Does it make any difference either way?

I've tried mixing HCG with Sus but the oil and water seperate and form globules which I though may trap air bubbles. I've read you can mix oil and water in injections but I guess I'm just being paranoid.

Sub-Q works fine. Insulin syringe (don't even feel it) and about 750 IU will give a near max T response. Vastus Lateralis or Delt if you're lean (i.e., little sub-Q fat)

What's the conversion rate between IUs and CCs???? Just curious because insulin syringes are in IUs but what if you get a 25g/3cc combo, then it may help to know. Any help would be great. Thanks

750iu is not sufficient. 2500iu to 5000iu every 3 or 4 days for 2 weeks will do the trick. Injecting that much sq will make a funny looking lump and disperse slowly. IM is the way to go with reasonable amounts.
BTW, I only use HCG for 2 weeks mid-cyle/with clomid....so that is my point of reference. Try this sometime on a long, heavy cycle.......you will gain size and strength immediately and give a nice cosmetic job to the nuts, as well.
I'm never off, so I can't give an end of cycle report.

Bump for response.........anyone??

There is no conversion......iu's measure mass, cc's measure volume.

international unit (IU)
a unit used to measure the mass of certain vitamins and drugs based on their expected effects. For each substance to which this unit applies, there is an international agreement specifying the biological effect expected with a dose of 1 IU. Other quantities of the substance are then expressed as multiples of this standard. Examples: 1 IU represents 45.5 micrograms of a standard preparation of insulin or 0.6 microgram of a standard preparation of penicillin. Consumers most often see IU's on the labels of vitamin packages: the equivalent of 1 IU is 0.3 microgram (0.0003 mg) for vitamin A, 50 micrograms (0.05 mg) for vitamin C, 25 nanograms (0.000 025 mg) for vitamin D, and 2/3 milligram for vitamin E.

You just have to do a little math. Your HCG kit tells you how many iu's are in solution when converted, and you know the volume of water used for the conversion. So divide the volume by the number of expected doses.

It's simple just to get the standard 2500iu kit, and use it all in one injection. HCG is still bio-active for up to 4 days, so I use 2500iu every 3 days for 2 weeks. Some recommend 5000, but I have been satisfied at my dose.

I found SC gave me a more pronounce fat loss. IM gave me more muscle gains. I could be wrong, but that was my perception

I’d have to vote for perception, bro. “HCG has no known effect on fat mobilization, appetite or sense of hunger, or body fat distribution.” This taken right from the insert of my Ferring brand HCG. It goes on to state, “HCG has not been demonstrated to be effective adjunctive therapy in the treatment of obesity. There is no substantial evidence that it increases weight loss…” and on and on and on. BTW. I administer mine subcutaneous.
