How much hcg should be used and how often after coming off of a 8week deca/dbol cycle?

I was thinking 1000iu's every mon,wed,fri for 3 weeks?

1000-1500 IU's HCG 3 times per week (Monday/Wednesday/Friday) in combination with 20 mgs Nolvadex ED for a period of 3-4 weeks followed up with bloodwork to determine the results and if further treatment is necessary.

Where do most folks get thei blood tests? Do you use your regular doc or is there a way to get blood results without going throug your main doc?
