Long story short I've used AAs and prohormones throughout most of my lifting days. I took 5 years off i'm in terrible shape and just starting back working out taking LGD 4033 rather than AAS. I'm on my 2nd week of training and staying sore for 7 days or so and my strength on some movements has actually gone down from week 1 into week 2.
Am I worried over nothing, will things right themselves? I have never been away from training for so long and its kind of scaring me not to see the instant gains i remember.
