Haven't gained weight in 2 and a half weeks...

Just ended DBOL last week (6weeks), and will be starting my 5th week of sust on Sunday. What gives? How long does sust start to kick in? My diet has been in check. Eating a lot, but not gaining anything. Workout routine has still been the same, if not better. Sleep is the same. I also started novaldex at 20mg's a day 3 weeks ago. Could it be that I am just losing water? I was gaining at a rate of about 3lbs a week. Now I am plateuated. Any thoughts?
 
Prob. losing water from the dbol. You should prob. increase your calories a little bit more and see how it goes.

I went through that on my Supra/Dbol cycle. Turned out I got good growth, but I didnt intake as many grams of protein as I should have. I was taking in about 270 grams per day, but I should have been taking in about 400. Im sure that would have done a lot of difference. I hate when I get plateaued.

It's a shitty feeling. I am still eating alot of food. Guess I gotta stuff it more! Lost alot of water on my biceps, which I really didn't want it to come off, they are small enough as it is. :(
 
it took sust FOREVER to kick in for me--little after 6 weeks--i made the mistake of relying too much on the scale and not enough on the mirror tho
 
what ever you are eating add another 100 grm protein. if that dont work after another week add another 100 grms or carbs.

Damn 6 weeks....I am quite fixated on the scale. My strength hasn't seem to have gone up since being off DBOL a week ago.
 
geee....more food = more calories...quite easy to figure out that if you do not gain, then you need to bump calories.
 
Don't take the Nolvadex unless you're having gyno symptoms.

EAT EAT EAT!! You have to put on some bodyfat in order to put on some more muscle. Don't be afraid of getting too big.
