ive lost about 50 lbs. in the last six months with low carb and tons of cardio. Has my body adapted to this do i need to shock it or something. I just stopped burning fat dont know what to do.
try tossing in a high carb high EFA day just to keep your metabolism on its toes. If you havent been already, you should also change up your cardio. Long steady cardio one day and intervals the next.
carb up for a whole week and double or triple your calorie intake. Forget about doing cardio and working out. give your body a whole week of rest with tons of food. Then get back on your program.
