I guess I overdid my workouts this week because today I feel like shit! This board is so inspiring I got all excited about the process of getting to look like any one of you! So my question is this, I feel pretty weak, like all my body wants to do is sleep so I'm going to listen to it, but at what stage of getting better should I start working out again? I don't want to start to soon and pedal backwards. Roughly how should my body feel? (please don't think I'm stupid, it's just that this happens to me a lot).
