has anyone taken the cpat

I was wondering if anyone has taken the cpat for firefighters If so how did you train for this
The cpat stands for certified personal achievement test
This is how it breaks down
Stair master 3 minutes with 75 pound vest on
Then a combat challenge with 50 pound vest on
The whole course is timed for 10 minutes
If anyone has taken something similiar to this or has advice on how to train please share

If your strength and cardio is good, you wont have any problem with the test, the stairs is where 90% fail, put some weights in a backpack, and practice on a stairmaster.
