isn't that similar to a fat fast?
It would make u lose weight fast and probably ok if u need to show ur body off in a compeition but long term it will suck and you're more than likey to put the weight back on quick
remember if u lose or gain weight very quickly over a short period of time, your body goes into a state where it's scared of things changing and will try hard to go back to its original state. This is Homeostasis and a reason why people find dieting hard.
