Has anyone heard of the "Tuna and Water Diet"?

Welp, I guess that explains it.
That's all you get for three days. Then you can add veggies and cottage cheese.
What do you think of it?
Anyone heard about it before?
 
if all i was allowed to eat was plain tuna i would throw myself off a bridge - i eat tuna every day but with salad... 2 cans at lunch....YUMMY
 
isn't that similar to a fat fast?
It would make u lose weight fast and probably ok if u need to show ur body off in a compeition but long term it will suck and you're more than likey to put the weight back on quick

remember if u lose or gain weight very quickly over a short period of time, your body goes into a state where it's scared of things changing and will try hard to go back to its original state. This is Homeostasis and a reason why people find dieting hard.
 
Well I ate nothing but 1 can of tuna for months and weighed 92 lbs and had a bf of 8% and Im a girl...I guess I don't have to say it. I looked anorexic, now I eat normally (after a binging phase) and my bf shot up to like 25%. I know eating tuna can get it down. I don't wanna restrict the calories as much as I did before...but if all I eat is protien won't my body go into ketosis?
See I don't mind eating boring things, or the same thing every day. It actually is a relief not wondering what I can/can't eat.
I just want to make sure it will let me get the bf off and I want to spare as much muscle as possible that I have put on in the past year (I put on 30 pounds of muscle)
I do not mind losing some...considering I would rather get rid of the bf quick. :)
I wanna enjoy the end of my summer.

i take prenatal pills...im not pregnant or anything but theyre supposed to make your hair healthy...
you mean fiber? metamucil.
so what else do i need? fat? i have 1 cheat day a week (well that is what i did before)
it might not be they healthiest diet...what am i missing though?
