It was 8 sets each. 2 sets of 4 exercises. I trained them in any combination you can imagine. Bi, then tri. Tri, then bi. Superset Bi/Tri, Superset Tri/Bi... every exercise in the book.
Now I am cramping like a mofo put cement in my upper arms.
